More Info
On Wednesday, we will be holding a bake sale and Japanese calligraphy fundraising event for the victims of the earthquake and tsunami. We need people who can bake tasty food, manage the table, market for the event, and do Japanese calligraphy. We will have two tables on the first floor of ASH on the UNO campus. One will sell baked goods, the other will sell hand-drawn calligraphy.

If you plan to bake, we have received some donations from supermarkets that can help, such as flour and sugar. We will also try to get donations from Aki Oriental of things like Macha powder and calligraphy supplies. Let me know if you need any of these things.

Lastly, please ask your teachers to allow you to announce it in class. Tell your friends about it. Get the word out so we can raise as much money as possible for the victims.

All donations will go to the Japanese Red Cross.

New Bake Sale Times:
Tuesday, March 15 from 10 am to 2 pm
Wednesday, March 16 from 10 am to 2 pm
